Refund Policy

SocialWings aims to provide every order exactly as described. If an order is not delivered, is only partially delivered, or cannot be completed within the stated timeframe, you may qualify for a refund under the terms below.

1. Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund when your order was not delivered, when delivery remains incomplete after our support team has had a fair opportunity to resolve it, or when you were charged more than once for the same purchase.

If only part of your order was delivered, SocialWings may issue a partial refund based on the undelivered portion of the service.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available for orders that were fully delivered as purchased, for normal fluctuations after the refill period ends, or for issues caused by account changes made after checkout, including private profiles, username changes, account restrictions, or deleted content.

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after purchase are not eligible unless required by applicable law.

3. Delivery Delays

Most orders begin processing within the timeframe shown on the product page, but timing can vary based on platform conditions, order size, and account status. A delay alone does not always qualify for a refund if the order is still actively processing and can be completed.

If your order appears stalled, contact support first so we can verify the issue and either complete the order, replace the missing portion, or approve a refund where appropriate.

4. Refill Before Refund

Some services include a refill guarantee. Where a refill applies, SocialWings may first attempt to restore the missing quantity before issuing a refund. If we cannot complete the refill within a reasonable time, a partial or full refund may be issued.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled for a full refund before delivery has started. Once processing or delivery begins, cancellation is no longer guaranteed and the order will be reviewed under the standard refund terms.

6. How To Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team with your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short explanation of the issue. Our team will review the case and respond with the next steps.

7. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider, but most refunds appear within 5 to 7 business days after approval.

8. Chargebacks

If you experience a problem with your order, contact SocialWings before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. Filing a chargeback while an order review is in progress can delay resolution and may result in service suspension.
