SocialWings provides social media growth services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, saves, and shares for various social media platforms. All services are digital and delivered electronically.

3. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if we are unable to deliver your order within the specified timeframe. Refund requests must be submitted via email to Support@socialwings.ca.

4. Delivery

Most orders begin processing within 1-2 hours. Delivery times vary based on order size. We make every effort to deliver orders within the stated timeframe but cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

5. Account Security

We never ask for your social media passwords. We only require your public username or profile link to deliver our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own accounts.

6. Limitation of Liability

SocialWings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
